Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Minist (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Minist is a productivity application that provides the following features:

  • To-do list management
  • Habit tracking
  • Schedule reminders
  • Multi-language support (Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean)
  • Local data storage

License

Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Minist for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the App for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems
  • Distribute or share the App in violation of applicable laws

User Responsibilities

Account and Data

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • You acknowledge that data loss may occur if your device is lost, damaged, or reset

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Minist in compliance with:

  • All applicable laws and regulations
  • These Terms of Service
  • Common standards of decency and respect

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Minist, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the developers. These Terms do not grant you any rights to:

  • Trademarks or service marks
  • App source code
  • Proprietary algorithms and processes
  • Design elements and user interface

Disclaimer of Warranties

Minist is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be available at all times
  • All errors or defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Minist shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App (if applicable)

Data Backup

Since Minist stores data locally on your device:

  • We are not responsible for data loss
  • You are responsible for backing up your own data
  • We recommend using your device’s backup features (iCloud, Google Drive, etc.)

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the App at any time
  • Update these Terms of Service
  • Add or remove features

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Minist immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Violate the rights of others

Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

Multi-language Support

While Minist offers multi-language support, the English version of these Terms shall prevail in case of any conflicts or discrepancies between translations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
